Absolutely delighted with the service - Gigi created a beautiful website and put a lot of thought into the design. She had some brilliant ideas and provided a host of knowledge and expertise. Really appreciate the time she spent walking through how to amend various parts of the site myself and is always available to help if any questions pop up. Thank you Gigi and team!

It’s a rare thing, working with a brand that excels in both the creative and the tech side of a business, but that’s what NOT AN AGENCY does. The service was insanely fast and beautifully rendered, and the end product better than I’d dared dream. Gigi is a phenomenon. I’ve recorded 5 Stars, but it’s worth at least 12.

Working with Gigi was an absolute pleasure! From day one, her communication was crystal clear. She truly understood the brief and asked all the right questions. Gigi brought fresh, innovative ideas that perfectly captured our brand identity and elevated how we present ourselves online. The turnaround was lightning-fast, delivered with precision and a smile every step of the way. Professional, creative, and a joy to collaborate with - we couldn’t recommend her more highly! A+ all around!!!
